Ingredients

    0.5 serving equate whey protein powder (by CINDYS212)
    1 cup Milk -Silk Pure Almond Milk, unsweetened vanilla
    .5 serving great value greek nonfat yogurt (plain) - 1 c.
    6 ice cubes
    1 cup Berry Mix, Great Value Triple Berry Mix, No Sugar Added

Directions

Crush Ice cubes.
Put all ingredients into blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour into a large cup and enjoy
