Ingredients

    40 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled
    8 serving Pacific Natural Foods Beef Broth, 1 cup
    12 tsp Minors Beef Base (by KFERRARO1)
    6 serving "Campbell's" Tomato Juice (8 oz)
    14 cup Great Value Diced Tomatoes (in Tomato juice)
    0.75 cup Tomato Paste
    4 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    4 cup diced Potato, raw
    4 cup, diced Celery, raw
    1 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    3 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    4 serving Beets, canned sliced 0.5 cup
    15 cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables (FMV brand), carrots, corn, green beans, green peas
    2 tbsp Chili powder
    2 tsp Spice Islands Smoked Paprika (by CHUCKLES0719)
    Salt and Pepper to taste.
    4 tbsp Garlic

Tips

This recipe makes a lot of soup for the freezer and can be cut to reasonable size as needed.


Directions

Saute hamburger without oil then drain after no red showing.
Add onions and garlic continue sauting 5 min.
Add beef stock, beef base, tomato juice, tomato paste, and boil.
Add all diced veggies simmering 20 min.
Add frozen mixed veggies and simmer until bean color changes.
Add spices to taste
