Introduction
I got this simple recipe from my MIL and I could eat it several times a week! I got this simple recipe from my MIL and I could eat it several times a week!Number of Servings: 12
Ingredients

1 bag frozen corn (about 2 cups)
1 pound Extra Lean Ground Beef (96/4)
1 bag frozen green beans (about 2 cups)
2 cups Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added. (this is a guess, I can't remember if I used 1 can or 2)
Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped
Onions, raw, 1 large, chopped
4 Potatos, medium
Add salt and other spices as desired.
Directions
microwave frozen corn and green beans, add to pot with tomato sauce, and carrots. heat to boiling.
peel, dice,and boil potatoes in seperate pot; dice onion and boil with potatoes, boil until potatoes are done, but not mushy. drain water and add to tomato sauce mixture.
brown hamburger, drain and rinse in HOT water to get as much grease out as possible. add to tomato sauce mixture.
cook for 30-45 minutes. Add salt, pepper and any other spices as desired.
