Ingredients

    1 - 10 oz Velveeta 2%
    3 - 16 oz cans Chicken Broth
    2 - 12 oz Bags frozen vegetables (Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrot mix)
    1 - small can Rotel

Directions

Boil/Simmer broth, vegetables, Rotel about 45 minutes. Add cheese (diced) and heat until melted.

1 Cup per serving = 1 Weight Watcher Point
