    1, 7oz can -Green Giant White Shoepeg Corn, drained
    1, 8oz package - Mushrooms, chopped
    1 cup - Beans, black,
    1-1/2 cup - Dark Red Kidney Beans
    1 - Jalapeno Pepper chopped
    4 cups - Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, whole, no salt added, smash tomatoes
    1, 10oz can - Rotel
    1 large - Onion chopped
    2 cups - Carrots, chopped
    1 large - Green Peppers chopped
    1 large - Red Pepper chopped
    2 TBS - Chili powder
    6 cloves - Garlic
    2 TBS - Worcestershire Sauce
    2 tsp - Ground Cumin
    Salt and any additional seasoning to taste.


Add all ingredients to the crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours or until all vegetables are tender.

Serve with crackers, cornbread or tortilla chips.

Serving size is one cup.
