Ingredients

    Potatoes, hashed brown, frozen, plain, unprepared, 1 package (12 oz)
    Bacon, 1 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb raw)
    Jennie-O Turkey breakfast sausage link, 2 serving
    Egg, fresh, 11 large
    Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup

Directions

Cook bacon and sausage in seperate pans. Partialy cook hash browns in covered fry pan with two tablespoons of canola oil. Whip eggs and set aside. When bacon and sausage are completely cooked, drain, chop and set aside. When hash browns are soft but, not browned, mix in oven safe casserole dish with meat, eggs, and half of the cheese. Bake in oven at 375 for about half an hour or until egg is set. Top with remaining cheese and continue to cook for about 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Makes 10 one cup servings.
