    - 2 TBSP olive oil
    - 1.5 TBSP apple cider vinegar
    - 2 TBSP cranberry juice
    - 1 TBSP dried basil
    - salt and pepper to taste
    - 1 TBSP brown sugar
    - 1 clove minced garlic

    To candy the almonds:
    - Melt 2 TBSP butter in a small skillet
    - Add 2 TBSP brown sugar
    - Stir in 1/2 cup slivered almonds
    - Pour the almonds onto waxed paper and let cool

    - Romaine Lettuce
    - Dried cranberries
    - Crumbled feta
    - Candied almonds (above)

    Pretty easy recipe and very tasty!
