    2 cups whole wheat flour (or 1 cup whole wheat, 3/4 cup light rye flour and 1/4 cup wheat bran - used in these calculations)
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
    2 cups regular oatmeal (not quick cooking kind)
    1 cup unsweetened applesauce
    3-4 egg whites
    1/3 cup nonfat milk, or unsweetened soy or almond milk
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 cup raisins
    stevia, 1 packet


1. Mix together dry ingredients and wet ones separately, then combine.
2. add raisins
3. drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet.
4. bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes
makes 5 dozen.
