    Sorghum flour (or rye), 1 cup
    Tapioca flour, 1/2 cup
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp
    xanthan gum, 2 tsp
    Salt, 1/4 tsp
    Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 4 tbsp
    Banana, fresh, 1 cup, mashed
    Cauliflower, cooked and pureed without stems, 1/2 cup (1" pieces)
    Molasses, 0.1 cup
    Unsweetened almond milk (or low fat, unsweetened soy milk), .4 cup
    Applesauce, unsweetened, 1/4 cup
    Water, tap, ΒΌ cup
    Granulated Sugar (or splenda), 1/4 cup


Mix dry ingredients. Add all other ingredients. Grease 8x8 baking pan or a loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 25 mins or until toothpick comes out clean.
