    1 C. cooked red kidney beans
    1 C. stewed tomatoes with juice
    1 C. diced zucchini
    1/2 C. chopped onion
    1 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
    2 C. raw kale, cut in small pieces
    1 C. lite coconut milk
    Cayenne or red pepper flakes to taste


Place water and vegetables in a stew pot. Simmer for 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in coconut milk and cayenne or red pepper flakes. Heat through and serve.
