I usually eat this from a salad bar (give & take), but had no idea of Nutrition fact.

Ingredients

    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans ) 1 Tbs
    Beans, black, 1 Tbs
    Beans, red kidney, 1 Tbs
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 Tbs
    Sweet Corn, Fresh, 1 Tbs
    *Balsamic Vinegar, 1 Tbsp
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 ounces
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 1 oz
    Avocados, Florida, 11 grams

Directions

My next step: cook my dry beans with no salt and bring to work,
I also substitute chicken for salmon or tuna.
