Ingredients

    2 can Tuna, Canned in Water, drained
    30 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.5 cup Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced Tomato
    .75 tsp Garlic powder
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    0.50 cup Onions, Diced (by LAULLYPOP84)

Tips

I think I will try it without the tomatoes next time. They didn't have enough stick to itness with them.


Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking pan with foil and spray with non stick spray.
Combine Tuna, bread crumbs and egg. Add Tomatoes, garlic powder original recipe calls for garlic salt and we don't use that) and black pepper. I used less than 1 tsp. Shape into 4 patties and place on prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes, flip over and bake for 10 more minutes. Note: They fall apart very easily, so be very careful.

Serving Size: makes 4 Patties, 1 per person
