    3 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato
    907 grams Brussels sprouts, fresh (2 lb net bags)
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

Peel potatoes, dice

Peel outer layer of brussel sprouts and cut in half.

Mix together with a number of spices. Bake
