    10 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 cup Squash - Yellow Crookneck , thinly sliced or chopped
    2 serving Kroger Chopped Kale (85g) (by BLEWPAINT101)
    100 gram(s) Red Radish, Raw (includes USDA full nutritional profile)
    4 tbsp Organic Valley Heavy Whipping Cream
    3 oz Colby Cheese, coarsely grated
    7 oz Kroger Spiral Sliced Ham, chopped
    1.5 cup Cauliflower, Frozen, - chopped
    2 tsp Coconut Oil
    Salt 1/2 tsp.
    Pepper 1/2 tsp.
    Herbs de Provence 1-2 tsp (to taste)


Adjust vegetables to your preference. Nutritional information will vary with different combinations, of course.


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
1) Saute vegetables (except radishes) in 10 inch oven-safe skillet at medium-high heat until tender-crisp. Remove from heat.
(2) Mix eggs with heavy cream and seasonings; pour over vegetables.
(3) Top mixture with radish slices, then freshly grated cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees approximately 30-35 minutes, until done.
