Ingredients

    1.0 serving Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Rolled Oats
    1.0 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
    1.0 tbsp Organic Chai Seeds
    2.0 tbsp peanut butter - fresh ground WHOLE FOODS
    1.0 tbsp Maple Syrup
    0.5 cup Kirkland Organic Plain Soy Milk

Directions

In mason jar or bowl, mix everything except the oats. Then add oats. Make sure all the oats are covered with liquid. Put in the fridge overnight for at least 8 hours. Enjoy with your favorite fruit or nuts.
