    one hard boiled egg
    1 piece turkey bacon
    1 corn tortilla
    1 tsp. light mayo
    celery to taste
    onion to taste
    salt and pepper to taste


hard boil egg, crack and peel. Cut egg up in a bowl mix in diced celery, onion, salt, pepper and light mayo. Fry turkey bacon according to package directions. Toast corn tortilla in toaster oven. Place egg salad and bacon in the middle or tortilla and roll up. Goes good with a side salad for lunch
