Introduction

Ingredients

    4 serving Corn tortillas (Mission brand, extra thin, yellow corn, 6")
    5 oz Ground Turkey - 97% fat free extra lean white turkey
    1 tbsp Organic guacamole (by JUNES-HOPE)
    0.5 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
    0.5 cup Beans - Bush's Black Beans Reduced Sodium
    .25 cup cheese, Kraft 2% milk, Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    2 serving Tomato slices (1)
    1.3 tbsp Daisy Light Sour Cream

Tips

Make sure cheese has melted and tortilla is slightly brown


Directions

brown ground turkey, drain turkey
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
spray a cookie sheet
place tortillas on the cookie sheet
spread guacamole on the tortilla evenly
place 1 oz of turkey on top of the guacamole
sprinkle corn and beans on top
sprinkle cheddar cheese on top
Bake in oven for 12 minutes
remove cooked chalupa's and place tomato sliced into four parts
and 1 tsp of sour cream on top of tomato
place two on a plate and enjoy
