    1.5 c. yellow cornmeal, wholegrain
    1.5 c. ww flour
    3.5 t.baking powder
    1 T honey
    1 t salt
    2 c. 2% milk
    1 egg
    .25 c. canola oil

Directions

mix and pour in preheated pre-sprayed iron skillet.
bake 30 min. @ 400. 8 wedges.

recipe could be tweaked using skim milk and applesauce in place of oil?
