Ingredients

    2.0 cup Kroger - All Natural Cauliflower
    1.0 cup, diced Ham, regular (11% fat)
    1.0 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream
    0.25 cup Sour Cream
    1.25 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1.0 cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk
    1.0 dash Pepper, black
    1.0 tsp Garlic powder

Directions

Cook cauliflower and mash to your preference. Put in a 8 x 8 dish. Top with diced ham. Make sauce: Mix cheddar, sour cream, heavy cream, and Seasonings in pan over medium heat, stir constantly to melt. Pour over dish. Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake in 375 oven for 35-40 minutes. Let rest 10 minutes.
