Ingredients

4 cups ground Pork Rinds
2/3 cups ISOPURE - protein powder - Zero
Carb - unflavored
2 tsp Baking Powder
4 large Egg
2 tbsp MCT oil
2 tbsp Sour Cream
Tips
Works well as a sandwich bread, toast, french toast. Putting the pork rinds in the freezer before using is said to reduce the pork rind taste.
Directions
Grind pork rinds in a food processor till fine. Transfer to large mixing bowl, add bakind powder and protein powder. In separate bowl beat together the eggs, MCT oil and sour cream. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir. Mixture will be dry and stiff, add water until it resembles thick pancake batter. Spread into a greased 9x5" loaf pan, making sure it's thicker around the edges and thinner at the center (to prevent coming). Bake in a preheated 385° oven for 35 minutes, or until a toothpick in the center comes out clean. It's better to err on the side of overdone.
