This is a heathier version of a standard french toast. I personally like 4 pieces but you can eat less. Ingredients

    *Eggland's Best Large Egg, 2 serving
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
    Nickles 100% whole wheat bread, 4 serving
    Soy Milk, 0.5 cup

Directions

Mix eggs and all liquid and spice ingrediants in bowl.
Dunk bread until covered.
Place on hot griddle until both sides are done.
