Ingredients

    1 Turnip
    1 Jicima
    2 tbsp Butter, salted
    1 clove Garlic minced
    2 tsp Kraft grated parmesean cheese
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Peel and spiralize the Turnip and Jicama
Heat a skillet on medium heat
Add butter and garlic, saute until fragrant
Add Turnip/Jicama Spirals and stir fry until ElDente (3-5 minutes)
toss with Parmesan
Salt and pepper to taste
