Ingredients

    2 cups OAT FLOUR BOB'S RED MILL 1 CUP (by ARCLITE)
    2 1/2 baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 cup Granulated sugar
    1/2 tsp cinnamon

    9 tbsp Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)
    1/4 cup oil
    1 tsp vanilla

    3/4 cup frozen blueberries
    2 extra small (less than 6" long Banana, fresh mashed


Directions

Mix dry ingredients together. Mix liquid ingredients together. Mash bananas very well and stir into liquids. Stir liquids into dry ingredients adding blueberries. Do not over stir. Spray oil into muffin pan and spoon batter in. Bake at 350 for 20-24 minutes.
