Ingredients

    2 oz Cream Cheese
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .5 serving equate whey protein supplement (1 scoop)
    Pinch of Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
    .25 tsp Cinnamon, ground

Tips

These are that good. I am going to make another batch with berries.


Directions

Combine Cream Cheese, eggs, protein, cinnamon and salt into a blender and blend for 10 secs then let it rest.
Put a small pan on medium heat while batter is resting
Pour about 1/4 of the batter into pan and let it cook undisturbed.
Once you see the bubbles on the surface that aren't filled up with batter, slide a spatula under and flip.
Cook the other side about 15 secs.
Serve with butter and drizzle of sugar free maple syrup.

Serving Size: Makes 3 large pancakes
