Number of Servings: 14

Ingredients

2.5 cup Wholemeal Self Raising Flour (by TARZ17)
    2 serving Wheatgerm-Kretschmer .25 cup/16g (by JOHN.ADAMSON)
28 gram(s) Dried Goji Berries (by DISALAN)
    20 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp=13g
    18 gram EVL Stacked Protein
40 gram(s) Greek Yoghurt Light Farmers Union
1 cup Soda Water (by EM_BLYTON)
    1/4 tsp salt

Directions

Soak goji berries and chia seeds in half of the soda water for 10 minutes. Combine half of the flour with the wheatgerm, protein powder and salt and use a fork to stir in yoghurt and chia/goji mixture to form a rough dough. Add in remaining soda water and stir. The mixture will be very sticky at this stage. Cover mixture and allow to sit at room temperature for an hour. Gradually add in remaining flour until the mixture becomes manageable by hand - it will still be stickier than normal bread dough. Use hands and/or a fork to create a loaf shape on a lightly greased pan and bake in an oven pre-heated to 200C for 30 - 40 minutes. Test with a tooth-pick.
