    1/2 lb. extra lean ground beef
    1 Tbs. canola oil
    2 cans petite diced tomatoes
    1/4 cup dehydrated onion
    1 tsp. cumin seed
    1 Tbs. chili powder
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. salt.


Brown beef in canola oil. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve with brown rice and a salad.
Makes six 1 cup servings.
