Ingredients

    1 cup of low-fat plain yogurt
    1 banana
    2 tbsn peanut butter

Directions

Mash up the banana and mix it with the peanut butter into the yogurt. You can freeze it to eat later or eat it immediately (my favorite-I never can wait).
You can mix wheat germ or granola into it or ut it on something as a topping. Basically I eat it as an ice-cream substitute. SOOOO Yummy!
