Ingredients

    7 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh
    0.5 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange)
    1.25 cup Whole milk
    .5 cup, shredded Swiss Cheese
    .5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1 serving bacon, precooked Hormel black label (4 slices)

Tips

crustless quiche with plenty of vegetables. I used raw broccoli and raw red bell pepper and a few pieces of bacon to add flavor. Easy to mix up ingredients using the base egg mix


Directions

butter deep dish pie plate
put red bell pepper, broccoli florets, cheese and a few pieces chopped bacon in dish, mix milk, salt and pepper, eggs and pour over ingredients, layer cheese on top and rest of bacon, put in 350 oven for approx. 30-45 minutes until set
