Introduction

You should substitute the teriaki merinade with the low sodium stuff (Its better for you and tastes the same!) You should substitute the teriaki merinade with the low sodium stuff (Its better for you and tastes the same!)
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2-4 (4 oz) salmon fillets
Spinach or any greens you would like to make a nice salad (as little or as much as you want)

    Dressing:
1/4 Cup low sodium teriyaki sauce and merinade
    2 tablespoons pinapple juice
    1 tablespoon canola oil
    1 tablespoon honey

Directions

Really this can make however much you want it to, if you want to make more just double the dressing recipie (and the salad dressing is good anytime!)
Merinate the salmon for 20 min or as long as you want in the teriakyi merinade (not the salad dressing)
Cook the salmon however you want (I grill mine on a cedar plank for 20 min on the grill)
while the salmon is either marinating or grilling put all the ingredients for the dressing in a air tight container and shake together (put in fridge until ready to use)
put a cup or two of the salad greens on the plate, top with the cooked salmon fillet, and drizzle as much salad dressing on it as you would like!
Very easy (and yummy)!
