Ingredients

    6 tsp Better Than Boullion Vegetable
    0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    1 cup diced Potato, raw
    0.5 cup, cubes Sweet potato
    2 serving Pumpkin-Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin (1/2 cup)
    1 tbsp Onion powder
    3 tbsp Over the Edge Spinach, by Two Sisters by Partylite, (dehydrated spinach, onion,salt, garlic,dill, on (by RUMBAMEL)
    4 cup Green Beans (snap)
    1 tbspn crushed garlic
    Salt and pepper to taste
    2 litres water

Tips

Vary veg to suit what you have.


Directions

Bring all veg except beans to boil in water. Reduce heat and simmer until veg is soft. Add in onion powder, garlic, bouillion and dehydrated spinach and cook a further 5 mins. Add in chopped beans and cook until soft (about 6 mins) Season to taste.
