Ingredients

    0.5 cup Salsa
    2.0 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
    4.0 cup Beans, black
    11.5 oz V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium
    5.0 serving Calidad Brand Tortilla Chips 12 chips
    16.0 oz Ground Turkey, Honeysuckle White, 85/15
    1.0 cup cheese - shredded taco cheese
    1.5 cup Red Gold petite diced tomatoes & green chilies

Directions

Cook ground turkey in a big skillet. Add drained beans, drained tomatoes, corn, salsa and V8. Crush chips and spread on the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Top with mixed ingredients. Sprinkle grated cheese over the top of the casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve and enjoy! = Serving Size: Makes twelve 1-cup servings
