Introduction

this came about by error. I made it entirely too strong with garlic while intending to make potato soup. So, it became a soup base! this came about by error. I made it entirely too strong with garlic while intending to make potato soup. So, it became a soup base!

Ingredients

    4 large potatoes
    1 large onion
    4 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    5 cup, diced Celery, raw
    6 cup Water, tap
    8 oz bone broth
    2 clove Garlic

Directions

Put all ingredients in slow cooker and cook for two hours on high. Puree when done and freeze for soup base.
