Ingredients

    2 pounds of Ground Turkey
    1 cup Quick Oats
    1 1/2 cups chopped Green Peppers
    1/2 cup chopped red onion
    1/4 cup of peach pineapple salsa
    1/4 cup Lime & Garlic salsa
    2 eggs
    1 tblsp minced garlic
    3/4 cup of Barbecue sauce (divided)
    2 tblsp of worchester sauce
    1/2 tblsp black peper (divided)
    1/2 tblsp thyme
    3/4 tsp McCormick Mesquite seasoning
    3/4 tsp McCormick Mesquite seasoning
    1 tblsp Olive oil

Directions

Heat oven to 350'F.
Heat Olive Oil in a small skillet over medium high heat. Add chopped green pepper, onion and garlic; cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Transfer mixture to a large bowl; Cool 5-7 minutes. Add ground turkey, oats, eggs & 1/4 cup of barbecue sauce, worchester sauce, black pepper, mesquite seasoning & thyme; Mix well

Spoon meat mixture into a 8x11 casserole dish and shape firmly.
In a blender combine both salsa's and the remaining barbecue sauce and puree until combined completely.
Pour sauce over meatloaf and bake for 2hours.

Once the meatloaf is done, before cutting into let it rest for at least 25 minutes.
