Ingredients
-
1 lb. of Ground chicken
1/4 C. Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
28 grams Parmesan Cheese, shredded
1 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper, black
Tips
I would check this crust about 20 minutes into cooking. I like my crust more on the firm side so I cooked mine for 25 minutes. I hope you enjoy this crust.
Directions
Preheat oven to 400.
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix together with your hands making sure that the ingredients are blended together evenly. On a 9x13 baking sheet place a parchment paper to cover it. Put the mixture on the parchment paper and spread out evenly . I used a plastic bag on my hand to spread this mixture because it was really sticky.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven. The parchment paper may have liquid that drained from the chicken crust. I replaced the parchment paper with new before adding my toppings.
Once you put the desired toppings on your pizza, place back in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the top is bubbling .
Serving Size: Makes 8 slices of Pizza
