.25 tsp Salt
1 crust, single 9" Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake
3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1.5 cup Lactaid Nonfat Milk (by SAENZTD)
0.25 cup Granulated Sugar
1 tbsp Maple Syrup

Directions
Preheat oven 400 degrees. Bake prepared pastry shell for 5 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Beat eggs in mixing bowl. Add milk, sugar, vanilla and salt; blend well. Pour filling into pastry shell; sprinkle with nutmeg, bake for 15 minutes, reduce temperature to 325 degrees. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean, cool on wire rack.
