Ingredients

    48 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef
    3 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce
    3 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
    3 serving Liquid Smoke (by WINDSTAR3)
    2 tsp Pepper, black
    3 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend
    1.5 tsp Onion powder
    1.5 tsp Garlic powder
    3 tbsp Curry powder
    3 tsp Ginger, ground
    .75 tsp coriander, ground (by GOLDENDAZ)
    4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (by TORI7HARRISON)
    .75 tsp Salt

Directions

Mix seasoning ingredients together, then mix into raw ground beef. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Extrude with a Jerky gun. Dehydrate according to instructions on your dehydrator (mine takes 4 hours at 160 degrees. Bake at 275 F for 10 minutes to finish off. Once completely cool, store in air tight container.
