    Asparagus, fresh, 16 oz.
    Yogurt, plain, skim milk, .1250 cup (8 fl oz)
    Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped
    Cabbage, fresh, .25 cup, chopped
    Salt, 2 tsp
    McCormick Seasonings, 0.5 tsp - red pepper and garlic
    Lemon juice, .75 fl oz


Boil asparagus for about 10 minutes until soft. Drain.
Puree asparagus in food processor, adding other ingredients until smooth. Mine made 2 cups plus 2 ounces. Thus, it made 18 ounces total. So, four servings are around 4 oz, or half cup servings.
