    1/3 cup Light Mayonnaise
    1/3 cup Sour Cream, reduced fat
    1 tbsp Lemon Juice
    1/8 tsp Pepper, black
    1/8 tsp Kosher Salt
    1/2 cup crumbled, Blue Cheese (not packed down)
    1/4 cup Half and Half Cream (or to your desired consistency)


COMBINE all the ingredients, except a couple of tablespoons of the blue cheese in a blender or food processor.

PROCESS until well combined

REMOVE to a storage container. Stir in the remaining blue cheese.

ADD additional salt & pepper and half & half as desired. (not in nutritional info)

REFRIGERATE. May be served immediately, but it is best if allowed to sit for a few hours.

BEST if used within 5-7 days.

Serving Size: Makes 8 2-tablespoon servings
