Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup Elbow Macaroni, Whole Wheat
    1/2 cup Baby Green Peas
    1/2 cup Onion, sweet, chopped
    1/2 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) , chopped
    1/2 cup, diced Celery, raw
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    3 tbsp mayo
    2 serving StarKist Low Sodium Chunk Light Tuna in water, 2.6 oz pouch
    1/2 tsp Onion powder
    1/2 tsp Garlic powder
    1/2 tsp Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning
    1 tsp Parsley Flakes

Directions

Boil the macaroni according to package directions. In the last 3 minutes, add the peas. Drain and place in a large bowl.

Heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the onions, celery, and bell peppers. Stir occasionally until heated through and beginning to soften. Add to macaroni.

Stir in tuna, mayo, and seasonings. Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers.
