Ingredients

    2 cups sliced squash
    1/4 cup bread crumbs-Italian style
    1 large egg & dash of 1 % milk for dipping.

Directions

Season bread crumbs with Garlic salt & pepper.
Dip in egg, coat in bread crumbs.
Bake at 425 for about 15 mins. on a baking sheet.
