    Beans, black, 1 cup
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 cup, chopped
    *Cumin seed, 1 tsp (to taste)
    onions .25 cup chopped


cook beans (or use canned but I like fresh) and cook corn
While still in boiled water add cumin and onions for 15 minutes.
Drain and add tomatoes, toss together, refrigerate at least 1 hour.

Serve chilled.
