    5.0 serving Great Value Cream of Chicken Condensed Soup, Low Cholesterol, Low Fat
    5.0 serving IGA Cream of Mushroom Condensed Soup
    8 oz Best Choice Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (frozen)
    8 serving fresh mushrooms, sliced (0.25 cup)
    3 serving "Great Value" Mixed Vegetables, Frozen (2/3cup)


Add 2-cans each of the soup with water to crock pot. Add sliced/chopped mushrooms. Add chicken breasts. Cook on high 1-2 hours. Pull apart chicken breasts ( or remove and chop), replace in crock pot. Add vegetables, reduce to low, cook 2-4 hours. Serve.
