Introduction

Old family favorite over biscuits. Now, it's one of my favorite cheat meals! :) Old family favorite over biscuits. Now, it's one of my favorite cheat meals! :)
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    8 Tablespoons butter
    8 Tablesppons (1/2 c) flour
    4 cups nonfat milk
    2 2.5 oz packages chipped beef
    pepper

Directions

Over low to medium heat, melt butter. Stir in flour with a wire whisk. Cook, stirring constantly, for a few minutes.

Stir in milk, still whisking constantly. After it thickens, add in meat and pepper.

Four 1 cup servings. Serve over biscuits or toast.
