Ingredients

    3.5 cups whole wheat
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 cup nuts
    1 cup milk
    2 eggs
    3 ripe bananas, smashed
    1/2 cup apple sauce

Directions

Combine dry ingredients. In a seperate bowl, combine wet ingredients then incorporate with dry. Evenly distribute in lightly greesed muffin tins. Cook at 400 for 20 minutes. Makes 24 muffins.
