Ingredients

    1 small Onions, raw
    2 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots, raw
    2 stalk, small (5" long) Celery, raw
    3 clove Garlic
    .25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    4 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
    10 serving Breadcrumbs (Progresso/seasoned) 1/4 C. (28g)
    3 tbsp Kal Nutritional Yeast Flakes
    4 tbsp Soy sauce (tamari)
    1 tbsp Tahini
    8 tbsp Heinz tomato ketchup

Directions

mix all ingredients together, place in well greased loaf pan. bake at 375 for 45 min.
