Ingredients

    16.0 oz Ground beef
    1.0 serving Canned Mushrooms (small) 6.5oz =100gram of just mushrooms
    2.0 tbsp chopped Onions, raw
    1.0 clove Garlic
    2.0 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
    0.1 cup Tomato Paste
    2.0 cup, cubes Eggplant, fresh
    1.0 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
    4.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk

Directions

Brown ground beef with onion, garlic, and mushrooms. Add seasonings of your choice. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 1 and 1/2 hours. Cover with mozzarella cheese, return to oven until cheese is melted and bubbly.
