    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 cup, chopped or sliced
    Tomato juice, without salt added, 1 cup
    Celery, raw, 1.5 stalk, small (5" long)
    Onions, raw, .3 cup, chopped
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    Milk, 1%, 1 cup
    I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Soft), 1 Tbsp


In a pan, put onion and celery and tomato juice and warm through. Add in garlic powder and tomatoes and milk and butter. Heat until boiling.

Serves 2.
