    15 egg beaters
    1 tomato
    .5 large onion
    10 oz frozen Spinach
    10 cloves garlic
    1 1/2 cup cheese
    10 jalapenos


Mix and bake in oven at 350 1/2 hour.
I bake these in a cupcake pan for individual serving. Save in freezer and microwave for easy everyday breakfast.
