Ingredients

    1 cup delmonte sunfresh grapefruit sections, no sugar added
    0.25 tsp Ginger, ground
    0.125 tsp Dried Thyme
    1 tbsp Honey
    1 tbsp water

Tips

please note: since i don't like my grapefruit overly sweet and half of the dressing stays in the pan, i only used 1/2 tbsp of honey in the nutritional calculation. if you are one to sop up the liquid you'll need to add an extra 1/2 tbsp honey to your calorie counts.


Directions

combine honey, ginger, and thyme with 1 tbsp of water and warm a few seconds in the microwave...just until warm and slightly thinned and blend well. toss drained grapefruit sections with honey dressing. lay in single layer of pan and place under broiler. about 2 inches away from element/flame. broil several minutes. to your desired degree of color.
