Ingredients

    1 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry
    6 tsp Granulated Sugar
    1.5 cup Milk, 1%
    1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    2 tbsp Butter, salted

Directions

Put all into the IP and cook on manual for 12-15min, let your IP natural release. I do this pot in pot but you can sauté the oats in the butter first for extra flavor. (Pot in Pot: place ingredients in an inner pot and place on rack in IP with ~1-1.5c water inside liner), this recipe comes to pressure well both ways. Serving Size: 1/4 of the recipe is 1 serving
